1. DELIVERY

Deliveries are based on fixed delivery dates, and they are only available in Canada. Unexpected delivery delays do not allow customers to make claims.

1.1 CONDITIONS

Deliveries are fixed and made only in Canada. Naturel Argania does not deliver in postal boxes. Any delays in delivery attributable to carriers do not entitle the customer to claim damages.

For orders to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, the following surcharges will apply: $ 5 for the economical delivery and $ 15 for the standard delivery. Quick delivery is not available for these territories at this time.

Quick delivery
Three-day delivery is available for orders to Canada before 6:00 pm (EST) and we guarantee prompt delivery to all mailing addresses, except PO Boxes, certain remote areas and certain products.


Delivery Details
The above fixed delivery charges do not apply for shipments outside Canada. Delivery times are applicable only for orders placed before 6 p.m (EST).

  • We deliver most orders during working hours. Please provide an address where someone can receive the package in person.
  • Urgent orders are delivered within 3 working days from the day after the order.

1.3 DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

If you notice during the delivery that your package is damaged or has been opened, we advise you to do the following:

• Make the report directly to the delivery person, at the moment of delivery before signing,
• Ask him to enter the damage found on the delivery note, always before signing (for example: “Opening parcel”, “Damaged parcel”, etc.).
• Ask the delivery person to let you open the package to see if a product is missing or damaged.

1.4 MISSING PRODUCTS IN THE PARCEL

If you notice that you are missing a product in your package, after accepting the delivery, please contact us, within 5 days of receipt of the package, contact@naturelargania.com, stating:
• Your order number
• The item reference or a description of the missing product detailed on your invoice.

1.5 ABSENCE ON DELIVERY

If you were not there to receive your parcel, Canada Post will notify you by leaving you a delivery notice card. This will indicate the date of the missed delivery and the place of deposit nearest your delivery address. (Canada Post keeps the parcels for 15 days).

2. BACK

If you are not satisfied with your purchase made on the Boutique Naturelargania.com, we will refund the amount of the purchase (product price + tax) made on naturelargania.com of any new or slightly used item. Each refund request must be evaluated and accepted by our Customer Service Department. Return processing is done within 15 days of receiving the return. You will receive an email when the refund is completed.

Items purchased online, overused or finished are not accepted for returns. In the event that the returned product is deemed too used or finished, the return request will not be accepted and the refund will not be made.
