1. SHIPPING

Deliveries are based on fixed delivery dates and are only available within Canada. Unexpected delivery delays do not entitle customers to make claims.

1.1 CONDITIONS
Deliveries are fixed and only available within Canada. Naturel Argania does not ship to P.O. boxes. Delivery delays caused by carriers do not entitle customers to claim damages or compensation.

For deliveries to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, the following surcharges will apply: $5 for economy shipping and $15 for standard shipping. Express delivery is currently not available for these territories.

Flat-rate Shipping
No matter how many items you order, you will benefit from a single low shipping fee. Simply choose your preferred delivery time at checkout and enjoy savings as you stock up!
Express Delivery
Three-day shipping is available for Canadian orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST). Fast delivery is guaranteed for all valid postal addresses, excluding P.O. boxes, remote areas, and certain products.
Delivery Details
The above flat-rate fees do not apply to deliveries outside Canada. Delivery times only apply to orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST).
  • Delivery times apply only to orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST). Note that times are calculated from the payment confirmation (which is immediate for credit card payments).
  • Most orders are delivered during business hours. Please provide a shipping address where someone can receive the package in person.
  • Urgent orders are delivered within 3 business days, starting the day after the order is placed.

1.3 DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
If you notice that your package is damaged or opened upon delivery, please take the following steps:

• Report it immediately to the delivery person before signing.
• Ask them to write the issue on the delivery slip (e.g., “Opened package,” “Damaged box”).
• Request to open the package in their presence to check if any items are missing or damaged.

1.4 MISSING ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE
If an item is missing after you’ve accepted the delivery, please contact us within 5 days at contact@naturelargania.com and provide the following:

• Your order number
• The reference or description of the missing item as listed on your invoice

1.5 ABSENT DURING DELIVERY
If you were absent at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card indicating the date of the missed delivery and the closest pickup location. (Canada Post holds packages for 15 days.)

2. RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from the Naturel Argania Online Boutique, we will refund the purchase amount (product price + taxes) for any new or lightly used item. Each refund request will be reviewed and must be approved by our Customer Service team. Returns are processed within 15 days of receiving your item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.

Items that are overly used or finished are not eligible for return. If the returned product is deemed used or empty, the refund will not be processed.

FINAL SALE items are not exchangeable or refundable. This return policy applies only to purchases made on naturelargania.com. Products purchased at pharmacies cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged through Naturel Argania’s head office.
